Hair Extension Pre-Consult Form

Day of consultation: We discuss maintenance, lifestyle, and the best methods for your needs.

Day of service: We will color & prep your natural hair for installation. Then blend the extensions for a natural, believable look. We will also style the look for you and go over home maintenance and expectations. The hair installed can be reused depending on the method installed, and your stylist will determine the method and maintenance at your consult appointment.
